NightFox keys issue

Hello,

I recently purchased a NightFox Keyboard from the Kono Store. When I got it a few keys were registering keypresses on minimal pressure or on wobbling them back and forth, so I asked their support to replace the model and they did.

The second model also has a similar issue on far fewer keys (mainly the E and sometimes the space bar). The keys get registered twice or not at all but I can't pinpoint a specific movement or situation when this reliably happens.

Unfortunately I live in Europe and I've already spent almost as much on the import taxes compared to the actual item, so I won't go through the RMA process again.

Hence my questions are 2:

• What could be causing this issue? Is it the soldering, the switch or something else?
• What could I do to try and debug and fix it?

I'm not comfortable with soldering and I don't have the equipment right now, but I'd be willing to try if it's a minimal fix and there are no other alternatives. Thank you.
