Love

This whole process of NoFap, for a lot of us, is so that we can feel love again. Love for people, love for family, love for life, love for the little things, etc.

Far too long have we abused ourselves with this social evil that has so easily pulled us in and dimmed the light of love inside of us.

It takes a lot of time and hard work but when deep love comes back to us its like an entirely new reality, but its a familiar place.

You soon realize that youve been supressing this side of yourself the whole time you were addicted.

Sex is so so so sacred and purposeful. When we get used to abusing it we must pay the consequences to find its true value again.

Contemporary America is in for a rude awakening, thank you so much for everyone who continues to fight the good fight.
