Question about progress on this assignment

Ok, so thanks for the help the other day on this project. I was able to build the block diagram of the com system and it seems to be working well. Right now I'm working on making the Pb vs Eb/N0 graphs and want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. First I used matlab to calc the theoretical values using the parameters of the problems 1 and 2 and I've attached the code to the link as well as the block diagram.

First is that code correct for relating the values its asking?

second is there a way to run the simulation and have matlab save the values to a matrix that i can plot over my theoretical values? if so how do I get started on that?
