What are you naming your horse(s)?

First chance I got I named my horse Biscuit (after Tommy Lee Jones's horse in Good Ol Boys, I always loved that name). Biscuit died while I was trying to get the second to last horsemanship challenge when we ran into a posse just south of the Owanjila Dam.

(minor spoilers to location of a rare horse breed ahead)

Second horse was the original horse given to you by the game from the start. I knew I wanted a new horse I'd caught myself, so I knew this horse was just temporary. Therefore, I named it Interim. We had quite a few adventures together, until one day we found ourselves up in the >!northwest!< part of the map.

It was there I caught and found a beautiful, >!white Arabian!<. After a long trek back to a stable, I named it Slippers, because of its white body and black feet.

So what's your horses stories and names?
