I want free work on my house, and I want it like this.

To make a long story short. A friend of mine buys a rental property. She ends up getting herself in a mess, so I offer to help her for a weekend on her rental property (I'm a carpenter). She says it'll only take a couple hours. Well it ends up taking a couple weekends. All pay free, I'm a man of my word, and I did wanna help her out.

First off she started complaining that I was going too slow. Again, wasn't getting paid, and I was usually worn out, so I wasn't at 100%. Ok whatevs, she's stressed out, I'll take it. Then she starts arguing that I should do it a different way. Ok? I build multi million dollar mansions, but I need her to tell me how to do her cheap rental property for free. Then her "friend" comes over and they want to argue what window size I should put in. I tell them it wouldn't work still wouldn't listen. Next day was doing something, she said she wanted it different. I explained to her what she wanted wouldn't be safe. She then proceeded to yell at me and kick me out of her house.

Couple months later I see her. Go to talk to her and she's pissed at me still, and she said her attic was still unfinished, exactly how I left it... Needless to say we're ex-friends, and she isn't making any extra income off her attic. I really don't feel like I lost out. Did I mention I wasn't getting paid?
