What’d be a good sauce to spice up cheese quesadillas with?

I’m looking to branch out into some cheaper food options, and I’m all about a good spicy/savory sauce. Are there any specific hot sauces out there that go especially well with tortillas and cheese? I’m thinking something along the lines of a chipotle ranch, maybe.
