Need help with my monitor and graphics tablet

Hello I have a computer and PS4, and usually when I want to use another one separately, I change the HDMI cable. This has worked fine for the last six months since I’ve had the two. I recently got a graphics tablet and have been doing the same thing and it has worked fine until today. The computer started treating the graphics tablet as the main monitor and the monitor as the tablet. When I unplugged the tablet, it brought all the desktop icons back to my monitor however the resolution was low. When I changed the resolution back to 1920x1080 and plugged the tablet back in, the icons went back to the tablet and the monitors resolution decreased. I tried changing the mapping and the pc knows that the monitor is the first display and the tablet is second display.

I restarted my computer and the gigabyte logo appeared as per usual and then I got a no signal error, however I was getting signal on my tablet. I unplugged my pc and plugged it into my TV and it worked fine, I plugged it back into my monitor and it doesn’t work.
