My theory on Dancestors as related to the Hivebent trolls.

Now, because I just recently finished Homestuck in 2018, I could be severely judged by people saying it was obvious, but hopefully all of you will understand. Now, we don't know what Beforan trolls were the biological parents of the Alternian trolls, other than that, as an example, Aranea is more genetically related to Vriska than any other troll. But who were the actual troll pairs that created the trolls we all know and love (except for Eridan)?

So here's my theory: the trolls sharing the same aspect are more genetically related and the trolls sharing a class are the other ectobiological parent. So in the case of Damara, the Witch of Time, she'd be a parent of Aradia (Maid of Time) and Feferi (Witch of Life). Unless of course, the Beforus trolls are the children of the Alternian trolls, in which case Aradia and Feferi are the parents of Damara. And remember, we have absolutely no idea if there needs to be male and female genetic code with troll relations, and even if it does need some of each, we don't know if that's how ectobiology works as well. Also to keep things simple, I'm going to stick with Beforan trolls being the parents of Alternian trolls, so here's a list of all the parents to their children, with the more prominent one being first.

• Porrim (Maid of Space) and Aranea (Sylph of Light) - Kanaya (Sylph of Space)
• Latula (Knight of Mind) and Kankri (Seer of Blood) - Terezi (Seer of Mind)
• Aranea (Sylph of Light) and Meenah (Thief of Life) - Vriska (Thief of Light)
• Horuss (Page of Void) and Mituna (Heir of Doom) - Equius (Heir of Void)

As a note, this does not mean that these trolls have to be in a relationship with the other. As to our knowledge, Mom does not possess any feelings for Bro, even if Roxy does to Dirk. Ectobiology is weird and should not be taken as canon that all of these trolls should be shipped with each other.
