Scared to visit my friend

So I arranged to go visit my friend during the holidays, however I’m terrified to go to her house because: she has 7 dogs and 3 cats, all strays, all unvaccinated that she lets roam the neighborhood sometimes. The dogs are also very territorial and somewhat aggressive to other humans and dogs from what she said. So i’m scared in case one of them has rabies and bites or scratches me.... I can’t tell her that because she knows I’m not usually afraid of animals so it would seem out of character. Also can’t tell her to vaccinate them all on such short notice and i’m scared it might sound rude. I have no idea what to do. (btw she did tell me she’s vaccinated them once when she found them, she just hasn’t done any booster shots, which are just as necessary)
