Question about winds on Pro vs Expert tourney?

I’ve only played Pro tournaments as they’ve always seemed easier to place than Rookie. YeH, they’re from the second tee, but the wind seems to be in your favor more.

My question is, what are the winds like on the Expert tournament? On Pro, they are kind of high, but I’ve noticed on most of the holes, especially the long ones, you always have a tailwind. My assumption is that in Expert, the winds are higher and you have way less tailwinds? Is that correct?
