[Academic] - Representation of Ethnic Minorities in Leadership Positions (U.S. All Ages)

Hey all! I am looking to collect a bit of data regarding the representation of ethnic minorities in leadership positions here in the United States. The survey is super short, so it shouldn't take more than a minute to complete. Thank you!!!
