Education and Awards Question for Applications

A lot of the law school applications say:

-List ALL educational institutions attended.

Do people interpret this as high school and later? I imagine they don't want me to include every school I went to starting in Kindergarten..

-List the academic honors and awards, or other recognitions you have received.

Does this apply to high school as well? What kind of honors/awards do people put here? I didn't have many in college (beyond a general scholarship recipient - does this apply here?) but I also want to avoid leaving it blank if I can.
