Ryzen is better for streaming? No one uses it

So apparently the Ryzen is better for streamer, although i can‘t find any streamer who‘s using ryzen, even small streamers. And they play on good fps and same settings and game as me, so should i go for the i7-8700k and kraken x62 cooler or ryzen 2700x without liqiud cooler but with 32gb ram instead of 16gb
