Should I run thru on normal again or start a deadly obsession run on new game plus? (Spoilers)

On shadow of the tomb raider. I just got 100% completion and the only trophies left are the combat ones against enemies and complete a skill tree. Also what weapons do you recommend I get before going into deadly obsession?
