CUNYfirst portal says “required” next to transcript & test scores even tho I sent it months ago

Has anyone else logged into their CUNY portal under student section to see the stuff submitted for Fall 2019 application? It says that there is action required next to my offical ACT/SAT scores and HS transcript. It also says ACT scores have been self-reported.

Could it be that its showing me this because they have received all this stuff but not processed yet? It’s still early I guess to apply to FALL 2019
