New Battery outfit is bugged! It keeps resetting every game back to the default epic outfit

If I equip it in the create a class menu it resets when I go in game. If I equip it in the map select menu it lets me use it in game but once the game is over it resets back. WTF Treyarch! You charge people $ for this and they do not work correctly
