What are your Favorite Chozo Lore and Theories?

What Chozo Lore or theories about them (like why/how they disappeared) fascinate you the most?

I rather like the prophecy aspect brought up in Prime 1, where they are mentioned to have had visions of an increase in evil as their civilization declined or disappeared and of the coming of the Leviathan to Tallon IV. I felt it gave more believability to Samus finding things set up conveniently for her in some cases. I wonder if Samus has the capacity to develop this ability?
