RDR2 CS is garbage

I had previously posted the issue I had with disappearing weapons. More recently I had another glitch probably related to that same issue where I can't complete Herbalism 8. I don't have poison knives in my inventory, but I can't make them because the game thinks I have 8 of 8. I send them a video showing this issue where I have 8 regular throwing knives and 9 Oleander, I even detail the steps. I get a reply telling me to collect Oleander so I can make the knives. Smh, why bother asking for video evidence if you're not even going to look at it.
