Creating a campaign based on Missions Season 4

I'm about to start a Shadowrun campaign, and was originally considering whether to start with Splintered State or Serrated Edge, but after a bit of reading, I came to the conclusion that Splintered State probably works best as a finale to a campaign based on Missions Season 4, in particular the Orc Underground storyline.

One discussion here that put me on this track is this one from 2 years ago:

There are two posts in there that propose a whole ordering on adventures for the campaign. I admit I kinda disagree with them for reasons I'll outline below, but I'm very new to this and have not yet read many of the adventures involved.

Both of the proposals, to my surprise, have Manhunt as the second adventure. There's a lot I love about Manhunt, particularly the heading deep into the rural parts of the Barrens, and the investigation (my group is more interested in stealth than violence, and I'm hoping investigation fits in with that). But the plot seems to have a ton of holes (what's supposed to be the second source of attack here? what role does the girl play?), and the situation as a whole feels like it might be better a bit later in the campaign.

One proposal starts with Copycat Killer, which sounds like a solid start for my group. But the proposal then wants to run Carbon Copy as the third adventure, which seems weird, as Carbon Copy is almost exactly the same adventure. In many details, it is exactly the same. I'm not sure running Carbon Copy is a good idea for a group that's already done Copycat Killer. Although I suppose the feeling of deja-vu would be very appropriate. Carbon Copy is a great source for SR5 stats for Copycat Killer, though.

I have not read all of the other adventures yet, but I'm strongly considering at least getting all the Orc Underground Missions from season 4, and using the most suitable ones for my group. Maybe a few others that involve some stealth, to have not everything about the Orc Underground.

The thing I'm mainly looking forward to is the swings in their relationship with Tosh Athack. That's an interesting character. Does he appear in any other adventures?

Does anyone have any advice for me? Either on how to use these adventures, or some others that would fit in well?
