Is it worth getting into Street Fighter V?

I've been getting into the standard fighting games recently but I have only really played Super Smash Bros. I've been interested in Street Fighter since the beginning of Street Fighter 4 but I never got the chance to really try it. How is Street Fighter V in terms of single-player content and how noob-friendly is it? Thanks for any feedback!
