Tripping breakers

I have a SnowCloudz e-nail mini that is constantly causing a GFCI outlet to trip upon immediately plugging it in. I’ve replaced the coil, the controller box, the power cable and still no solution. Has anyone run into this with this or a similar brand? Any ideas on what could be causing this? There is nothing else on the circuit.
