Cam Link not playing nice with AverMedia Capture Card

They both work great individually but the moment I turn on the capture card with the cam link the cam link freezes.

I tried different USBs in case it was a power struggle issue.

I tried different setting in the capture card (low and high settings). As well as capturing the screen. It actually freezes the cam link when it's just on and streaming. Not even in OBS Studio yet.

Not sure how to fix this or if there is a fix but just in case wanted to ask here if there was anyone else who had the same issue and a solution.
