Is it possible to modify world settings with the console?

I was told that, in Hamlet, setting bats to more would stop them from ramping up in number idefinitely, kinda like it does with hounds/crocs in ROG/Shipwrecked.

Apparently that was a lie, I'm now at day 70 and waves come every fourth day or less, 20-30 bats. Is there a way to change the setting to normal or even to less?
