Does anyone know of a computer shop that can diagnose computer problems near Manassas/Bull Run

I built my pc a few months ago and it’s got some really decent specs. But I’ve had horrible game performance. I’ve asked around in reddit and everyone says that I should be running everything perfectly fine.

Does anyone know a place that has experienced people that can diagnose what’s wrong with my pc?
