Court tomorrow

Hi everyone, I have a case conference tomorrow for the visitation of my daughter and her father. He has missed all visits he was given up until and including Saturday where he didn't bother to even email me (as required in the order). I have filed my information 2 weeks ago, served him, and have heard nothing from him. If he fails to show up, what would the judge potentially do? Can an order be made without his input? Would he be found in contempt of court?
