New to the series - suggestions for resources to learn more in depth?

I’m avid Soulsborne player and got a lot of suggestions to try this game. My cousins are all insanely into the series and have been so the only exposure I’ve had was watching them play sometimes on the weekends when I see them. I’m having a hard time completing understanding a few things here and there. I’ve looked at the fextralife a bit and learned some. Can anyone suggest YouTube videos or forums that really break the game down to its mechanics in a digestible way?

I’ve just finished the Pukei Pukei Hunt so I’m only a couple hours in but I really enjoy the combat and resource gathering elements. I enjoy grindy games in general so I’m not super worried about that. Just a bit confused by some of the other stuff here and there.
