Installing large Wad files

I'm trying to install some rockband 2 song packs that are wad files, the problem is that each one is 5 GB and I'm unsure how to properly split them. Wii backup manager won't work with the file extension and FAT32 is required for wad manager AFAIK. How can I install a wad that is over the maximum FAT32 file size?
