This is pretty random, but can you guys help me name the creatures on the crests for hybrid houses?

Yes, you read that title right. This was a random thing I came up with coming out of a conversation with my friends that resulted in one of them saying “Slytherclaw”.

So, I’ve heard of Slytherclaw before (my friend identifies as Slytherclaw, and I sorta do, but I’m more slytherin). And all of the other supposed “hybrid houses”. But, since all of the actual houses have named creatures on their crests, I want to name the creatures on the hybrid house crests.

Here they are. Just so you know, I’m focused on naming the creatures for the first image.

So, before you start (if you want to), I’ve already named two of the hybrid house creatures.

The creature of Slytherclaw — especially this image of it — is a “Coatl”. Coatls are generally snakes with wings, which fit the bill pretty well.

And the other one I’ve named is Slytherdor’s creature, which I’ve decided looks most like the “Questing Beast” of Arthurian legend. The Beast is generally interpreted as feline in appearance (a lion or leopard or cougar), but with a serpentine head. In some interpretations i has horse feet, but we’ll just gloss over that :)

So, that leaves the following that I need your help to name:

(I will add the names of creatures beside the name of their respective “house” as I get them)

• Gryffinclaw — a Griffin (how did I not think of this?)

• Gryffinpuff

• Ravenpuff

• Slytherpuff

So, what are your ideas? Please, tell me below!
