Crestron HD-EXT-USB-2000-C Linking Momentarily Then No Signal

I'm extending HDMI and USB over the device for ~40ft.. Works over a 5ft cat5 run, with cat6 and 7 at the full distance it sends power but only flashes the Link and HDMI lights briefly.

Anyone run into this? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
