How to forget techniques learned at dojos?

Hey guys, early on in world of light I came across my first dojo and I had a bunch of spirits learn the technique. The technique reduces jump and air game but strengthens ground game. I really dont like how bad the jumps are when using those spirits, so I was wondering if I can make them un-learn the technique from the dojo? I read somewhere you can but I dont know how I've looked all over. Thanks for the help!
