Do you think it's bad to draw on a dusty car?

Because I don't but people in my country think it's okay.

First of all i wouldn't touch something that isn't mine, out of respect for the owner. Second, doesn't it damage the car's paint?

People in my country will justify any damage done to a car if it's parked anywhere else other than in a garage.
