Can someone please address these issues I have in the game? Nobody did before...

Hey I just bought Just Cause 4 because a bunch of the people on this subreddit said it was great and I just have a few questions about the game. It's sad because it cost me $110 aud which is enough to pay for a weeks of groceries.

1. What is it you exactly do? I finished the storm and tornado missions but they can't be the main storyline can they? Am I missing something here?
2. When can I liberate stuff? I saw youtuber in the last game liberate a town and your friends roll up afterwards. I thought that was really cool! How do I do it in this game?
3. How do I unhook the minigun? The youtuber was able to unhook the minigun in the last game, I can't find the keybind for it here.
4. How do I increase the graphics? I am getting 50 fps with a gtx 770 but for some reason they graphics look really bad. The grass and plants are visibly pixellated and the cars and shaders kinda look like they were from GTA SA. Also some of the rocks and rivers are like stretched out roblox textures. This is weird because the gtx 770 gets more frames in just cause 3 in a benchmark on youtube, which looks better...
5. Can I change the tires in cars and bikes? Idk if that is a feature from previous games but cars feel like they are on ice (and they don't have any downforce!) and bikes are simply impossible to control! I keep crashing into things lol.
6. How do I disable the online portion of the game? When I turn off my internet (I use cellular when wifi gets too expensive) I can't login to the game.
7. Why is the gravity so weird? It feels really heavy and some weird stuff happens like when you exit the helicopter mid flight it falls faster than you do. Shouldn't the helicopter at least hover for a bit first...or at least fall at the same rate? Gravity and hence the entire world seems bizzare.
8. How do I retract my grappling hook on command? The youtuber from before attached a person to a wall like a spider but here it just immediately retracts and breaks?
9. What is with the airport? I went to the airport and I saw a plane just go straight up. Is this normal?
10. I keep feeling stressed about running out of ammo but I can't find a way to have lots of it. In the other game the youtuber shot a bunch of times and he never needed to get ammo, he had infinite explosive c4 and lots of assault rifle bullets. Here I need to find these weird shooting things out of my smg to shoot explosives. Why is this? I feel like I can't explode as much as I would have liked.
11. I have the stealth plane dlc and when I retract the wings for a split second the wings disappear. Also what purpose does retracting the wings have? I just fall down and have to pull them back up again.
12. How do I bring vehicles to the garage?
13. Where are all the collectibles?
14. Why doesn't rico have the cool bavarium wingsuit from before? He has this weird knockoff version now...
15. Why does almost every mission involve protecting something or hacking a bunch of terminals in succession? It felt really boring the first time and now it is practically a chore to play the game. I feel really bored when doing these missions.
16. Why does the tornado destroy your car when it goes in it? I have to leave the car and it ruins the fun...It would have been cooler if the car didnt go on fire when it touched the middle of the tornado.
17. How do I disable lasers in the game? For some reason almost every enemy has a laser...it's like star wars. I didn't buy a star wars game. When I get in a car there are green lasers and all the time there are red lasers.
18. When my car crashes into barriers it doesn't slow down at all. How do I enable realistic physics when driving?
19. Why are the roads completely barren when viewed from afar?
20. Why do enemies respawn and unload when you move away for a while? It's like I move my camera away from them and when I turn back they are gone...
21. Why is the crosshair so massive and bloated?
22. How do I enable high quality birds? They are like gifs
23. I noticed a bunch of textures are z-fighting. Is there a way to fix this?
24. Can I turn up water quality? For some reason water looked REALLY good in JC3 but now it looks like absolute garbage in this game. It actually brings me out of the just cause experience when I'm reminded of skyrim every time I see water.
25. How do I change the menu settings? The map looks really bad and the menus are really hard to traverse. I thought menus and gui's were supposed to be intuitive and that explanations for them were not required but for this one I needed replay the tutorial. Similarly why is it bound to the 1 key???
26. Why are there some signs that reference towns from JC3 in JC4?
27. How do I disable the pop ins. My graphics are on full but fsr I still get a ton of pop ins.

Thank sorry for the long post. I hope these can be resolved! I heard there was a day1 patch coming but I haven't received it and it's been two weeks??? Moreover apparently it hasn't fixed anything. I await your reply, especially from the people who said I should buy this game. It makes me really sad thinking about the money I spent on it when it is so bad. I have started to cry when playing now when I think about the money and the gameplay.
