Girl essentially said she likes me and still leaves me on read/opened

So I am 16 and male first of all. I had a post earlier saying that my dream girl who I had been talking with for a while and who I had been really close friends with for years finally broke up with her boyfriend. Yesterday (Saturday the 15th) her and I went to a very nice dinner before going to a play and then dessert. It was a great time :) ! As we left the restaurant and walked to the play, I asked her "Assuming this isn't one, would you wanna go on a date sometime?" and she said, with no umms or uhhs or any hesitation, "yeah I'd love to. And I'd consider this a date" So I was all happy. Afterwords I dropped her off and said goodbyes. So then I sent her a text that said "Thanks for coming I had a great time. I'm glad you said yes to what I asked :)" and she said "it was soooo fun thank so much" without really addressing the last part. I just texted her today about another dinner and she said was up for it and I asked if she wanted to hang out after the dinner and she didn't respond. Sometimes she'll leave me on opened on snapchat if I'm sending a captionless selfie. Do you think she likes me?
