Does anyone else remember James ate something right before surgery? and he said 'I gotta eat somehin'!'

and then Dr. Now said you have 800 lbs to live off of or something like that? Was that RIGHT before surgery when he was supposed to be fasting? I'm medically fasting this weekend and suffering.
