Which hairdressers in town do GOOD balayage at a reasonable price?

Going through a really tough time atm and need a pick me up with a hair style change . I currently have long ,(up to my elbows) dark brown/ black hair (with a couple of greys eeek) and am considering going lighter . Any recommendations from my fellow Geelong redditors? Tia
