WelcomeToTheZoo

Going to the game tomorrow, got a couple of questions.

Going with a friend who's visiting from Alberta, just got a question about parking. I haven't been to the city in ages so I'm out of the loop.

We're leaving from the south shore, and for nostalgia purposes we thought parking close to Longueuil metro and taking the metro into town would be fun. My question is: Can you still park at the Champlain College parking if you are a non student? I used to do this 15 years ago all the time, but these days I'm ignorant on the matter. My back up plan is to drive into the city and park on Saint-Jacques, around Guy. Are their still no parking meters in the area?

Other than that, super stoked for the game tomorrow evening. Last time my friend and I went to a game together, he was randomly given tickets by someone he crossed in the streets of Montreal. He was asked if he enjoyed hockey, and when he answered yes he was given an envelope with two tickets in the reds. Invites me, we get there late, already 2-0 for the Rags with Price being pulled and Huet coming in. Ended up being the game where they came back from a 0-5 deficit to win 6-5 in shootouts.

I know parking on the south shore is a bit of a waste of time too, but we used to ride the metro into town to go watch the Expos all the time, and figured it would be nostalgic. Plus I want to see them fancy new metro cars!

Thanks all! Go Habs Go!
