My controllers aren't charging, none of my wires/outlets/charging ports seem to be the problem (I've checked multiple reddit threads here with no solution)
EDIT: Plugging in both the controllers to the both the US ports at the same time seems to have fixed the charging issue? Not sure how it worked but it did.
I have two controllers and neither of them are charging. One came with the system when I bought it a couple years ago and the other I bought last month. I got off work this morning and couldn't play because they weren't charged. So I plugged the controllers into separate outlets and took a nap. When I woke up a couple hours later both controllers would turn on, pair up, show a low battery alert on the screen, and die. I just (an hour ago) unplugged a controller to charge my wireless headphones and the headphones charged up no problem.
Throughout the day I've tried plugging them into the Playstation, the wall, my laptop, using different wires, for 30min-an hour at a time. Nothing works. It'd make sense if it was one controller, but it's both of them. I've tried googling but all the solutions are basically what I've tried short of taking the controller apart, which shouldn't be necessary on a brand new controller... Other threads are people posting with older controllers, or controllers that just won't pair at all. My controllers pair up, they're literally just not charging and one of them is basically brand new. Any help would be appreciated!
