Warlords - AI uses no vehicles

Hey guys,

has anybody experienced that Nato forces never order vehicles in Warlords? It doesn't matter if the AI groups have sufficient CP at their hands or if it is my own scenario or a premade one. The only mods that I use are ACE and TFAR so I don't think that impacts anything.

Has anyone found a workaround for this?
