Qabalistic Cross: Why are the hand gestures mirrored compared to the Catholic cross gesture?

I’m confused by the differences between these two rituals. One references the Lord’s Prayer and the other references the holy trinity, and the QC involves touching the right shoulder before the left, and the catholic involves the opposite.

I don’t hear anyone specifically mentioning the meanings behind these gestures, besides that one reddit post mentioning that the QC rituals are just a mirroring the tree of life; I get that.
