Inexperienced user wants in on the action!

Hello everyone.
As I said, I'm "new" to buying online. I say "new" because I never really bought anything but I think I have a general understanding of how it works. Now, sometimes I find really great deals on eBay and today especially, I found a really great deal on something tech related. I mean, the seller in question is doing it for like 20% of the original price.
And this is what concerns me - it seems like a too good be true kind of thing. I've checked the seller info, it said the account is a month old and this is the only listing, however one person has bought the item.

Is this a scam?
How can I know if it is?
If I do end up buying the item and it's not what it promised, how hard is it (in your experience) to get the correct thing or the money back? I know eBay has the buyer protection thing but I'm still hesitant.
Also, all of this would be happening in Europe.

Thank you in advance!

Edit: Although I can't properly check, I think the listing has been removed. Either way, thank you all for the imputs!

Edit 2: It's now being sold by the price you can find everywhere. I wonder what happened.
