Is Tom Looman's Udemy course "Unreal Engine 4 Mastery" suitable for me?

I've heard good things about Tom Looman's "Unreal Engine 4 Mastery: Create Multiplayer Games with C++" course on Udemy but based on the content I am not sure if the course is worth it, and I would like to know a bit more about it.

1. Can the concepts being learnt in the course apply to non-shooter style games?
2. Is this course beneficial for someone who is proficient in C++ but a BP newbie?
3. Is this course still applicable to UE4 4.21?
4. Are there any other courses you would recommend that couple nicely with this one?
5. Are there any other courses that are better targeted towards platformer or adventure style gameplay?
