Sci-fi character

Hi everyone I was wondering if someone might be interested in drawing up my Stars Without Number character! He’s a human (Japanese), and he’s a technician/engineer. He works for a faction that deals with selling illegal tech on the black market. His hair is just past his earlobes black fading into a very light blue, clean shaven, facial features I’d say are similar to the actor Will Yun Lee from Altered Carbon on Netflix. He has a compad on his wrist as well as a postech toolkit on his other wrist. He uses a laser pistol and a monoblade (sort of like a vibroblade from Star Wars, or a high tech wakizashi). He has an armored undersuit, but wears like Cyberpunkish clothing (jacket, pants, boots). This could be headshot, half body, or full body. Only requirement is I’d like color. You can have creative freedom with his clothing whatever you think would look cool he’s from a place called Neo Kyoko which the DM describes as a futuristic cyberpunk Tokyo if that helps with clothing. I’ve looked everywhere for a good image to use for my token but couldn’t find one that really fit, there was a lot of female character art that would be perfect if it was a gender swap but all the male images were too soldiery. Unfortunately because of Christmas right around the corner I don’t believe I could pay you for this 😕 unless it was very cheap and by that I mean maybe at most $15
