Anyone Else Not Getting the Ghost Items during the Impaler EE?

I can get the regular kill right away but after that nothing gets the ghost zombie to drop the next item. Frags, Claymores, Humongulus, Shield bash, Shield Gun, Specialist, Melees, Wonder Weapon, Upgraded Wonder Weapon will not work. Does it have to be Wraith Fires or something???
