Dried pink/red blob with some type of liquid underneath?

So I found three of these in my metal bathroom vanity. Two were a lot bigger than the one shown and were in a weird spiderweb type shape. I thought it was some dried up tooth paste or face wash but when I scraped them off there was this red liquid underneath and then bare metal. Any idea what this is? could it be some type of living organism?
