Physical Description and Personality: Amnesiac who has no memories other than the pressing priority to protect someone important. He used to be an upstanding knight, who was aware and despised the corruption around him. Now, he's more of a secretive and cunning man, who believes he was someone shady before he lost his memories due to his Devil Fruit powers.

When he fell down to the Blue Sea, he lost his memory, and the corrupt world that had seeped into his subconscious was all that remained. Without his memories to remind him that those feelings are wrong, Rowan now believes some morally questionable things to be normal. He can be easily swayed.

Scruffy anime-boyish hair, lightning shaped scar over his right eye and cheek (left when facing him). Silver-colored eyes.

• Height: 6'3 ft/in (191 cm)
• Weight: 170 pounds
