I copied every university assignement from other students' work

I've always struggled from academic based anxiety but never to the point where anything was submitted late or received a fail mark. For my final year, I chose assignment based modules as I have previously had significantly higher grades than in exams, but still struggled with anxiety around my work.

So I asked coursemates to help; they're all too busy to properly help so they just send what they've already done or submitted.

In my country all university work is submited through a plagiarism detection system, so I couldn't copy word for word without being kicked out of university. Every single assignment I did was almost exactly copied aside from rearranging the paragraphs, rewording sentenes, and using a thesaurus for every other word. The first time I just did this to get the assignment done on time since it wasn't counted towards my final mark, but I just carried on doing the same thing. I did this for every piece of work through my final year.

I ended up getting an average of 68%, which gave me the second highest degree classificatin. No one knows about this and not ONE single piece was flagged for plagiarism.

I know it's wrong and I should have just done the work or accpted late penalties, but I don't care that I put practically no effort into my final year. I still graduated, gained the skills I need for a job, and I'm happy to be done with the stress of university.
