Eric Gordon and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad shooting slump

Anyone who has watched even a few minutes of any rockets game has noticed that Eric Gordon hasn’t been able to hit much of his shots this season, if any.

One thing I have noticed is that his some of his shots fall short causing him to miss even though they are accurate. He has been dealing with knee soreness as well. As a basketball player if you don’t bend your knees enough it causes your shot to not go as far as you wanted.

His shooting slump has been bigger than expected this season but it totally makes sense that his injury is causing him not to get the movement he needs from his legs to shoot far enough. Some of his shots look like a sure thing but are just short, that may be why but of course not all missed shots are caused by this.

Just something I’ve noticed, tell me what y’all think
