Advice/Tips regarding purchasing a Mazda 3 (Toronto, Ont)

Hey everyone,

I've been a longtime Mazda 3 fan and would like the next car that I will be purchasing in March 2019 to be a Mazda 3. Any recommendations/advice on where the place to purchase one along with the best config for the lowest insurance rates. And any other areas I should make sure about before deciding on it.

- I would be paying cash and my budget is 10-15k

- I really love the newer 2014 and beyond versions because of the redesign and features

- Android auto is a must for me (I'm pretty tech savvy)
