Any news on who is stronger going into the fusion dance in Dragon Ball Super: Broly?

I believe I recall that one person normally has to lower their power level a little bit in order to fuse, just as Trunks had to lower his to match Goten’s in the Buu saga.

Has anyone heard anything about that regarding the fusion in the upcoming movie?

Sounds like it would prove who is stronger between Goku and Vegeta right now, at least at their base form.

.....also, did not use spoiler flare because I feel like the majority of people already know Gogeta is in the new movie.
