Special Time lines in D1 are easier?

What's the difference doing any special time line in D1 or D10 or even D999? Is in D1 easier then in harders dimension? And the loot? Is the same anyway? I'm now in D14. Is better for me going back to D1 before Time Warp to a special time line?

Thx

(sorry for my bad english)
